Mark has dedicated over two decades to helping countless companies develop cutting-edge CRM systems tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. His hands-on expertise and in-depth knowledge form the foundation of this podcast, where he shares his insights to help entrepreneurs thrive.

While hosting this podcast, Mark concurrently manages MondoCRM, a renowned CRM consulting practice with offices in Chicago and the United Kingdom, established in 1997.

Beyond the world of business, Mark's interests are as diverse as his guest line up. His passions include travel, soccer and science fiction.

Cynthia Zimmerman, Producer

Cynthia Zimmerman works in tandem with her husband and host, Mark Mondo, to stay on time and on target with the topics.

By day, Cynthia is a dedicated event coordinator for the United Way of Lake County, Illinois, where her skills in organization and execution shine as she helps make a positive impact in her community.

Outside of her professional role, Cynthia is a classically-trained singer and a section leader for the sopranos at Christ Church in Winnetka, Illinois.

With a background in event coordination and a love for music, Cynthia brings a unique blend of talents to the podcast, ensuring each episode is a harmonious and well-orchestrated exploration of business success.
